Amazing Grace review

I wasn't keen to see Amazing Grace when it came out in the cinema, because it didn't sound all that interesting, but I'm very glad Dave bought a copy and persuaded me to give it a go.  It fell into the usual trap of historical films; namely that it played fast and loose with the timeline, and it rather over-glorified several of the characters.  However, it was full of fantastic actors and certainly had its emotive writing going full force.  Excellent stuff.
