alobearYour Letter by Hyeon A Cho is a graphic novel about a girl who moves to a new school partway through the year. She finds a letter taped under her desk, which sends her on a scavenger hunt around the school, meeting various people and forming new friendships.
It's about standing up for what's right, even when it's hard, and finding the people who share your values and will appreciate your whole self. It's beautiful and emotive and heartfelt and I really enjoyed it. My only criticism is that it felt a little bit slight and I would have preferred it to be longer, especially as the ending seemed a bit abrupt.
