We watched this a couple of days ago and I largely really enjoyed it. It was a bit of a rollercoaster - mostly in a good way. It made me tear up a couple of times - and I was being carried away by the romance until I suddenly remembered the guy was 400 years old... The songs were really great, though I wished some of the lyrics were clearer. And the emotion of the climax was top-tier - until the ultimate conclusion totally undermined the whole message without explaining what happened... So yeah - ups and downs, but mostly really fun.
