alobearThis is part of a reread of this whole series for me and I really enjoyed it.
I love this world - and the worldbuilding is very immersive.
I love the characters - and it's great to see development of many who were in the first book.
It's my kind of romance - not a lot of conflict in the relationship, but plenty of excitement and intrigue and obstacles in the surrounding plot.
It also helps that it's narrated by one of my favourite audiobook narrators, who always brings stories to life very effectively.
Looking forward to continuing on to the next one soon!
