The Fall Guy

Ryan Gosling. Emily Blunt. Action. Comedy. Romance. Ridiculous stunts. What could possibly go wrong?
I've been looking forward to The Fall Guy ever since I saw the trailer months ago - it finally came out yesterday and, at prime movie-going time on Friday night on the second day of release, there were about eight people in the cinema...
And it was *terrible*!
The plot was nonsense, it was all over the place tonally, the dialogue was execrable, and it went so far past ridiculous it came out the other side.
But there was an awesome dog. And Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt are just so damn attractive. And the stunts were pretty spectacular (and I loved the fact that they honoured the stunt team in lots of clips in the credits, while playing the theme tune to the original TV show). And it made me laugh a lot.
I would say it was the best terrible movie I've seen in a long time!
