Have you ever been lulled into a false sense of security and accidentally revealed too much?

You get used to that sort of thing when all you have to do in order for people to think you are weird is let them see you eat. Weird - odd, old-fashioned, strange, incomprehensible. Or, in its original sense, "He's doing something I don't understand. That means I have no idea what he might do in the future. That means he might do [insert taboo of choice]. Burn him!"

The cartoon scenario has happened to me three times in the last few weeks, with three different people, whom I had expected to be more open-minded.

Is it even weirder of me to secretly enjoy it? :o)
