Terraforming Mars

I didn't play Terraforming Mars for the first time this year, but I have played it at least five times in recent months and it's definitely my favourite game of the year.
It's tricky to get your head around all the bits and pieces, but once you get going it's quite easy to grasp but endlessly enjoyable. There's a lot of variety because the corporation you play points you to a particular strategy, of which there are many.
I always say I don't like long games, but Terraforming Mars has thus far taken four to six hours every time and I just love it.
It's very difficult for me to tell who is winning but the game play is so much fun that I don't really care.
Great game, which had also been enjoyed tremendously by everyone I've played it with, and they have been quite a varied bunch.
