Who needs the know-it-alls?

At last night's quiz, there were only three of us, and the rubbish three at that (sorry, Lindsay)! But, through a sterling team effort, we managed to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat anyway!

We all provided answers in the main rounds that nobody else knew. Dave and Lindsay managed to guess five out of ten islands in the middle round, giving us the second highest score on that round. I got the Who Am I on 4 points. And Dave got nearest to the right date in the tiebreaker.

So, go us! Also, it was a big money week, so we got to split £35 between only three of us.

However, obviously the excellent company of our other team members was sorely missed (and will continue to be so for some of them), so don't think we don't need you really, guys!! (Especially since Lindsay will be in Atlanta for the next three Thursdays, and I really don't think Dave and I can manage on our own...)

Looks like Kat and I are about to ruin it all...

Turns out that I get out of lectures at 7pm next Thursday, so I shall (hopefully) be able to make the quiz next week. And if we don't win, we will have established that one of us - most likely me - is a jinx. ;)
