Of course, the first time, it was just before having sex with the only female police officer (which only happened once - an all-time low!) - while the second time was at gun point when facing down the Afghan tribeswoman who was behind the whole plot.
One thing I did think as I was gleefully listening to Reacher's exploits - by this point in the series, he must be pushing fifty and there are several more books to come. Is he going to start slowing down (could be an interesting twist on the standard plot) or is he just going to keep on managing to defeat large groups of bad guys with hardly a scratch?
