alobearWe won the quiz by one point yesterday and it was a real team effort, combined with several freaky coincidences.
Claire worked out that the connection in the round of that name was middle names of US Presidents, which was rather amazing.
Lindsay identified the "Who Am I" answer at 4 points, despite the fact that it was a footballer, which was very impressive.
And the bonus round was a list of kings and queens that we had to match to dates of their reigns in England. Kat, obviously, did great guns on this, as our history expert. However, it just so happened that I had looked up and memorised the dates for Henry VIII, Edward VI, Mary I and Elizabeth I the day before, which really kinda helped and was particularly freaky.
Oh, and Dave drove the car. :o)
