Short, sweet and very much to the point ;). I think I'll still be seeing it though, because, well, pirates and Johnny Depp. Two of my favourite things :)
I'd actually like to revise my review - last night I was feeling underwhelmed and a bit knackered, so I don't think I really gave the film its due.
Thinking back on it from a little distance, I'm now remembering all the funny bits and the cool bits (there are several great set pieces and numerous delightful moments) and all the patchy padding between them is fading from my mind.
Also, it's well worth sitting through to the very end of the credits, long though they are.
I certainly shall :) Am festivaling this weekend, so it'll be a little while before I get to see it. Hopefully I won't do my ususal trick of procrastinating for so long about going to the piccies that I miss it and have to wait for the DVD to come out :)
