Madagascar 2 and Bill Bailey

alobearMadagascar 2 was mildly entertaining, though not as good as the first one. Several things remained the same - penguins and chimps, still funny; lemurs, not so much. But, and please forgive the ridiculously over-the-top vehemence on this point (it just bugged me throughout the entire film) - at a watering hole where all the animals are sentient and seemingly live together in harmony, WHAT DID THE LIONS EAT, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD???
Tonight's entertainment was much more consistently funny - Bill Bailey is definitely worth the ticket price. The highlights were Satan's furry jam hats, and his emo parody song "I Bleed On Your Pannini" - I may request it when Dave and I go to The Rasmus gig in February. :o)
