Round-up of 2007 stats
Well, I didn't make a New Year's Resolution this year, because I never do, but I did decide to review all books, theatre trips and films I hadn't seen before for the whole of 2007 and I kept to it. I'm impressed with the total of 104 books read this year, which is between 8 and 9 per month, on average.
Anyway, herewith, the review stats for 2007:
Total number of reviews: 163
Total positive: 128 (79%)
Total negative: 35 (21%)
Positive book reviews: 82 (79%)
Negative book reviews: 22 (21%)
Positive film reviews: 39 (75%)
Negative film reviews: 13 (25%)
Positive theatre reviews: 14 (100%)
Negative theatre reviews: 0 (0%)
For 2008, I think I shall have to expand the theatre section to include gigs and horse shows, so it will become the "live entertainment" section. Also, the film section will be expanded to include TV specials, like the Austen adaptations, rather than just cinema trips and DVD rentals.
