City of Flowers review
Last in the Stravaganza series by Mary Hoffman, City of Flowers edges perilously close to over-reaching itself, with an entire new set of characters to go along with all the ones from Books 1 and 2. The number of plot and character strands gets quite dizzying at times, and some of the loose ends are tied up rather too conveniently at the end, but its an impressive feat of structuring and an entertaining romp of a story. Highly enjoyable - I'm so glad I persevered with this series.
