The Circus
Apr. 20th, 2021 05:02 pmThis is a graphic novel by Joseph Browder and Juan Manuel Almiron.
This was a fun, fast-paced time travel adventure - with a talking teddy bear!
The range of characters is good and the inter-relationships between them are well-written.
There's a lot of humour in the banter (some of it a bit adolescent, but it mostly made me laugh) and a lot of exciting action that is well drawn.
I liked Kora as protagonist and voice of reason among the men, especially since she was the one who mostly came up with the plans.
Lots of fun overall, and a complete story within the one volume.
