The A-Team review

The A-Team has got to be one of the most ridiculous films I've ever seen, but it made no attempt whatsoever to take itself seriously and so was highly entertaining throughout.
The team members were all very likeable (though I thought Quinton Jackson's acting skills were a little lacking in places) - Sharlto Copley in particular made Murdoch both funny and sympathetic.
The only negative point in an otherwise rip-roaring action comedy was the attempt at some kind of philosophical point in BA's reaction to six months in prison - I didn't think that worked at all, but the rest of it was great, and had me laughing on multiple occasions.
Don't expect any highbrow intellectualism from this, but if you want a couple of hours of very silly, very enjoyable action, this is definitely the film for you.
